The Apartment has two double rooms with private bath, hot and cold water in both, hairdryer, air-conditioning, Paret fans, 2 refrigerators, boom box, DVD and TV. It is completely equipped and has excellent comfort and security. There is a wall safe in each room for valuables. The apartment includes a kitchen furnished with cooking utensils, a living-dining room, and a balcony with a panoramic view for people watching and tanning. The price is only 30 CUC per night for each room and use of the rest of the apartment is free. The apartment lies between the neighborhoods of Vedado and Old Havana, only 300 meters from the famous Havana Malecon (Sea Wall), 400 meters from Hotel Deauville and Lincoln and close to Central Park, Hotel Inglaterra, the legendary Capital building, Paseo del Prado, and 25 minutes in car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Cuba (Santa Maria del mar y Guanabo).
Apartment Manuel offers general tourism services (a full and large breakfast, and lunches and dinners ordered in advance), tour guide planning (ex. Varadero for only 15 CUC roundtrip, and trips to Guama and Playa Larga).
